Attollo Wines was established in 2007 by Julian Scott. Attollo Wines represent that which is uplifting and bright. Fruit is sourced from select vineyards in Margaret River and the surrounds in South West of Western Australia in search of distinctive terroir. Wines are made using minimal handling techniques to allow for full expression of this terroir, having patience and care in maturation and elevation of the season’s essence into unique limited release wines.
Attollo is a Latin term meaning “…to lift up, excite…”.
All fruit is hand harvested, barrel or open fermented, basket pressed and barrel matured. Gravity flow and minimal intervention winemaking is used where possible. Wines are bottled without fining and with minimal filtration to maximise fruit expression and flavour. All wines are hand crafted, unique and individual.
